DFX is looking for reliable, resourceful and respectful Floor tech who provides total floor care at the facility and assists the team with maintenance and floor clean up.
Responsibilities
Perform proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped or carpet cleaning.
Operates and maintains powered equipment needed for the job
Maintains areas in a clean and orderly condition
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills
Minimum of 2 years experience
Integrity and ability to work independently
Experience cleaning carpets using methods such as shampooing, bonneting, or applying dry cleaning chemicals.
Experience evening the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool.
Experience cleaning, maintaining, and restoring floor surfaces.
Ability to work shifts and flexible schedule (must be able to work weekend/ evenings)
Bilingual is a PLUS
Ability to lift 50lbs
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
