Facility Supervisor

DFX is looking for a reliable, resourceful, respectful and experienced Facility Supervisor who is responsible to manage others and coordinate the day to day maintenance of the building. This individual is a working supervisor who is responsible to oversee staff, inspect and communicate with the client. 

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good condition
• Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, ordering supplies, and arranging for repairs
• Monitoring employee attendance and making sure that they are performing their jobs correctly
• Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, removal of trash, restroom cleaning ect.)
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special requests from clients.
• Training new employees, maintaining personnel records, and resolving employee complaints

Requirements and skills

• 3 or more years of supervisor experience
• Customer Service experience 
• Multiple Project experience 
• Computer skills
• Floor Tech experience (plus)
• Bilingual (plus)
• Experience with conducting and completing staff schedule and facility records
• Flexible schedule (day/ night with rotating weekends)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Experience with safety protocols
